JCS is following the lead of Federal/Provincial employees and K-12 public schools in recognition of the declared Federal Holiday to observe the National Day of Mourning for the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.  

James Cameron School will be closed on Monday, September 19, 2022. Rest assured we have a generous amount of additional instructional hours built into our schedule in the event of unplanned closures including those caused by inclement weather.  School will resume on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.
