James Cameron School is operated by the Fraser Valley
Society for Children with Learning Disabilities, a registered charitable
organization established in 1980. It is a small school of about 50 students and
20 staff members, specializing in educating elementary school-aged children
with learning disorders, primarily dyslexia.
Our school celebrates diversity and
addresses the intellectual, social, emotional and physical development of
children who have Dyslexia and language-based learning disabilities. While we
are located on the borders of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, we draw students
from the entire Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
